As there have been a large number of orders recently, our gift card pool is running out. We are temporarily unable to take new orders until we replenish our stock.

Because we are offering a very high discount of 8–15%, many customers are flooding in to get the perk. If you would like to enjoy the discount when we reopen, please sign up as a member on our website. We will send you an update by email once we are ready to take orders again.

As there are a large number of new customers, we are now temporarily limiting orders to items valued under £200. This allows us to maintain a consistent level of service while making sure everyone has a fair opportunity to use our service during this period of high demand.

We’re actively working on increasing our capabilities and will update you once we’re ready to entertain higher-value items again.

2025-04-15 Shipping Update

Due to the high volume of orders, our order processing times have been updated.

Order processing time as of today:

  • Orders below £50: Usually processed within 3 days
  • Orders below £150: Usually processed within 5 days
  • Orders over £150: Usually processed within 7 days

We are working on setting up better infrastructure to improve our order handling and speed up processing times. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

2025-04-08 Returns & Refund Update

As online payment processors grow larger and form an oligopoly, they are now ripping small businesses off.

PayPal stopped refunding processing fees on May 7, 2019, and Stripe followed suit on March 1, 2023. As a result, we are now forced to charge a fee on refunds, which will be £10 or 4% of the item price, whichever is higher.

We are sorry about this situation. Unfortunately, we’re being controlled by big tech, and there’s nothing we can do about it.

2025-04-01 Shipping Update

Amazon Logistics does not provide tracking data to third-party platforms. This means the detailed tracking updates for these shipments are only available within Amazon’s own website, and not accessible to external services like Amazperk’s tracking page.

As a result, we are unable to display exact tracking details for Amazon Logistics shipments on the Amazperk tracking page. This limitation is due to Amazon’s policy and not a technical issue on our end.

If your order has not arrived within three business days after dispatch, please email us. We will promptly retrieve the most up-to-date tracking information from our internal Amazon account and share it with you directly.
