Please note that all transactions on AmazPerk are conducted directly between sellers and users. AmazPerk does not participate in or guarantee the trade of these products.

To ensure a fair and secure trading environment, we provide a dispute resolution channel to assist in resolving any issues that may arise between parties. In the event of a dispute, we will review the case and make a final decision based on the evidence provided by both sides.

Disputes Involving Invalid or Expired Digital Gift Cards

If you received a digital gift card that is invalid or expired, please include the following in your dispute submission.

A single screen video recording of your account on the brand’s platform, clearly showing:

  • The page where you attempted to redeem the gift card, along with the invalid or expired message.
  • Your current account balance and redemption history.
  • Your order history after receiving the gift card details email.
  • The payment methods in the order history of each order.
  • The date and time clearly shown from your device’s system clock during the recording.

Please provide a downloadable link to your video (do not send large files as email attachments).

Providing this complete and clear evidence will help us review your case quickly and ensure a fair resolution.
