Sellers typically provide a 48-hour warranty after the gift cards are delivered. This means that within 48 hours of receiving the gift card details email, if there are any issues with redeeming the gift card, the seller will either assist you with the redemption process or issue a replacement.

Some products may have a different warranty period depending on the seller and the brand’s requirements. Please refer to the product page of each individual item for the specific warranty details.

As sellers offer gift cards from various brands, please note that gift card policies depend on the respective brands. Any changes to these policies are not covered or warranted by AmazPerk marketplace or the sellers.

Exemption from 14-Day Cooling-Off Period for Digital Gift Cards

All digital gift cards sold on our platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to certain products, including sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery, such as software, CDs, or gift cards.

The digital gift cards we offer are treated as equivalent to sealed physical gift cards—once the scratch-off area (i.e., the code) is accessed or revealed, it constitutes unsealing.

As such, once the code has been delivered or viewed, the right to cancel is no longer available.

By completing your purchase, you confirm your understanding and acceptance that this product is excluded from cancellation and refund rights under the cooling-off period regulations.
